Jack came out first to see what I needed done and gave me an estimate. Then technician Mike came out to do the work (The office texted me a photo of Mike ahead of his visit). He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner and saved me money too. I will be using Emerald Bay Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
